Returns

We provide a FREE replacement warranty in case the item you received is defective :) Just let us know within 2 days of purchase, providing the picture or video proof that the unit arrived damaged for verification to help@getsnowbuddy.com. If our team concludes that the item was defective due to customer error, an exchange will not be possible. However, if the product was deemed defective upon arrival, you may request to exchange the defective unit for the same item. Please send us an email at help@getsnowbuddy.com


Shipping Returns

If you were not able to accept delivery for the product and the product was returned to us by the postal carrier, the repeat shipping cost would be borne by you for us to ship it again to you. However, we will not make you pay any restocking fee.

Cancellations

Our covers are immediately sent for production once you place the order. We can cancel your order without any fees if your request is within 24 hours from the point of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have elapsed and the order has gone for production and processing, then we might not be able to cancel your order or a 15% cancellation fee would be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds

f you did not receive the product within the maximum guaranteed time (60 days), you can request a refund or a reshipment. 

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message to help@getsnowbuddy.com

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Invalid Reasons
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at SnowBuddy
. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.


Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order
